Arrived Dubai airport at 5.10am, took Emirates bus to Abu Dhabi, arrived hotel mid morning, very tired. Hotel staff made every effort to provide an earlier check in. Hotel has excellent facilities. There is NO shadow of doubt that the hotel Sands staff are very polite, very fiendly and courteous all the way thru right from upon arriving and entering the lobby till I had to leave.The rooms and bathrooms everything is clean and lovely I was at the Harvester Pub, Chequers Bar and Tipar Bar and have no complaints. I liked everything at Sands Hotel, It was really professional, clean, the staff were very friendly. I would like to thank Ms. Anam at the reception and Mr. Sujith the Cleaner specially who really take care of their guests. I like the view from my room at 16th floor, the SPA, the swimming pool at 17th floor, the live music in the second floor bar and everything. I really loved and enjoyed staying at sands hotel. Location close to many eateries + shops. City location.Taxis nearby so no problem. Valet parking (cheap all day parking AED15 coupon which can be used around the city). Friendly staff. Requests with extra bedding, towels, help with washing machine etc all fulfilled in minutes. -

It's very conveniently located, across the road from El Dorado cinema, three bakeries (one of which opens at 5.00 am!), and a 24h supermarket.
On the same side of the hotel, there are laundromats, small cafes (one I would recommend is Captain Puff Pastry....delicious and very affordable local pizzas...loved the Kraft and honey), and some sports shops.

- Staff were very friendly and professional. This is the first time we spend a whole week in the same hotel and that's because we felt welcomed. Everyone, from the Front Desk Manager to Gym staff including porters and parking staff, all were very nice to us and smiling all the time.

This is a very pleasant boutique hotel. Friendly, welcoming staff, comfortable rooms of a event size. The bar Vertical on the top floor is excellent, with live music. Nice coffee lounge at reception. A car lift will take your car down to the basement car park which I thought was pretty cool.

Magnificent! Amazing staff, attention to detail, they prepared for us a birthday and anniversary cake to our rooms, such a nice and meaningful touch. Staff extremely helpful, attentive and happy to help. Facilities were excellent, pool great, fitness room excellent modern machines. Good location as easy access to Hamdan Street, Abu Dhabi and Marina Mall. Loved it so much looking to book another weekend stay there in a few weeks! Absolutely Amazing hotel, really recommend it we felt like royalty
