We have been there for the second time. Also the kids want to return to
this very good hotel which is not that large as other hotels in Dubai.
We like the very friendly atmosphere there and the location at the

I liked everything. Starting from the staff at the reception, and their
warm welcome, we were upgraded to a better room, after we arrived to the
room, the staff called to welcome us and check that everything is ok.
The pools are great and there is a lot of them. The kids pool has a big
umbrella so kids can swim under the shade. The beach is open sea. There
is a variety of top restaurants. There is a kids area with lots of toys.

The staff were very hospitable, the room facility was excellent, the sorrounding, the food selection all were really good . The most joyfull of it all was the beach and the beach facility. Our stay was excellent and extremely enjoyable from check in to check out.
Excellent value for money and we will definitely stay with the hotel again in the future. - The beach was amazing...very clean and well organized placement of the reclining chairs; the beach bar service was spot on, and great access to water sports.

Beach and pool are very comfortable. İt is the first time of rixos and dubai visit in our life. İ must say that it is a perfect perfect excellent... İt takes some time to reach the city centre. But the city centre is crowded. Thereby, location of the hotel is suitable to relax. İt is like a heaven. We are turkish and it is turkish hotel. We arrived nearly 3 hours before check in, however, the staff were happy to accommodate us. We had lunch and receive a call from reception once our room was ready - nearly 2 hours before actual check in time. Staff were very friendly and went out their way to ensure our comfort. Room was stunning (Sea front view) - the finishes and attention to detail are excellent. We ate at the Manava restaurant for dinner and breakfast.
