The rooms were some of teh nicest I have ever stayed in with great space and facilities, the view was an added bonus I certainly did not expect at this price. The staff were always welcomming and friendly, quite different to most Dubai hotels.   Um dos melhores hoteis que conheço! - The Ritz-Carlton is a master class in Luxury and quality. We stayed here for our honeymoon and I rang ahead of time to arrange something special to be left in our room upon our arrival. The correspondence were very polite and extremely prompt. Anything we had to sign or check over was brought to us while we sat, relaxed and enjoyed an Arabic tea. Then we were led to our room by Charles who was extremely helpful - I must say I loved our 2 day stay at the Ritz Carlton Dubai as a stopover on our way to Europe. Staff were very friendly & went out of their way to help with anything at all providing excellent service. The location of the Ritz Carlton Dubai is fabulous & the hotel is absolutely amazing set on Jumeriah Beach with magnificent views and grounds. Thankyou Ritz Carlton for a very memorable experience.

Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Loved the food we had upon arrival especially since the kids were hungry and tired. The bed was extremely comfortable. The view was awesome.
