Among others, despite, that on weekend, they start servicing breakfast

Very nice and very professional hotel staff. Significant variety of served food enables to keep desired diet or even the contrary - eat too much :) Very private, comfortable and clean hotel. Proper wi-fi access to the internet. During entire week stay we could hear noone else even though the hotel was full. Staff were super friendly, spoke perfect english and nothing was a problem for them to do. They even got us tickets to a soccer match at no cost. Happy to stay there again. Upper floors have better bathroom facilities. -

Second stay on this trip.Excellent friendly staff. Restaurant meals are superb and good value. This time I was able to have breakfast which was an excellent buffet spread with hot & cold food. WiFi connection was fine. Quiet location with my room again overlooking the courtyard. Safe in room - larger to accept a laptop would be useful. Close to all public transport.

We have chosen this hotel because we have already stayed there some years ago and enjoyed the combination of good services (room/food) and secure parking. This time, the hotel exceeded our expectations - the rooms were fully renovated, the food became better, and Wi-Fi faster. The room/bathroom was very clean, towels soft, and the beds extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay there next time and also recommend this hotel for business travelers and conference events.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Terrific value for money. Staff was
very helpful with directions and map info. Best thing is the
bar/restaurant in the hotel, open 24 hours! We arrived around 11 pm
and it was so convenient to eat right away. The food was delicious and
the staff was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel just does exactly what you need it to and with a certain panache. Rooms are a real bargain in slightly overpriced Lviv, everything just works as it should and despite the location, it's easy to get into the city centre by tram. I won't be staying anywhere else from now on. -
