A lady at the reception welcomed me in Polish. I appreciate it a lot! Also other staff members were very friendly. I travel really much around the world and spent half of my life in hotels, but I very rarely see such an authentic, natural and nice staff. Actually all was great. A lovely hotel. Second stay on this trip.Excellent friendly staff. Restaurant meals are superb and good value. This time I was able to have breakfast which was an excellent buffet spread with hot & cold food. WiFi connection was fine. Quiet location with my room again overlooking the courtyard. Safe in room - larger to accept a laptop would be useful. Close to all public transport.

We have chosen this hotel because we have already stayed there some years ago and enjoyed the combination of good services (room/food) and secure parking. This time, the hotel exceeded our expectations - the rooms were fully renovated, the food became better, and Wi-Fi faster. The room/bathroom was very clean, towels soft, and the beds extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay there next time and also recommend this hotel for business travelers and conference events.
