  I am a travel agent and in the past 10 years I had the chance to travel all around, and I can say that VS Apartments services are getting very close to what I found in a 5 star hotel. Vladimir, our guest, was very prompt, from the time of booking, during our stay with good restaurants/places to visit recommendations, till our back home flight. The place was indeed very clean, in a new building, a nic - We were highly satisfied with these apartments. As many others have mentioned before, rooms are fine (clean, spacious, with new furniture, massage shower bath, quick internet…), but the biggest advantage of this hotel is the staff, which is extremely kind and helpful (specially Vladimir). I am sure, that in the whole Kiev you will not find a better staff than VS apartments staff, so do not hesitate and book you room until it is too late..
