Due to "technical reasons" we were given another flat at Senator Apartment Maidan instead. We were offered a bigger flat for the same price, and they even called (and paid) a taxi for us to get there. Our new flat was awesome, much nicer than expected, and in a perfect location, central but quiet and safe. Everything was just fine, hot water all day long, wi-fi working without problems, nicely-equipped kitchen, and comfy bed. Perfect service and very good value for money. Highly recommended!

I ask for reservation of taxi for an airport (in the check out) mantionet Sky Taxy and they preper everything. It cost 120 grivnas (very cheap)! When I fly on the airport and findou taxydriver by myself it cost 300 grivnas!
Very friendly personal (not really smiling but very unhasitating. Excellent room cleaning service. Greath thing was the safe at the room and very comfortable bed.

My sister and I recently visited Kiev and stayed at the lovely City Hotel where we were made to feel very welcome with all our needs catered for. The staff ( all ) staff, were very welcoming polite friendly and helpful. The customer service in the hotel and dining room was great. The hotel is lovely and is surrounded by a park. There is a Metro stop very close by so sightseeing in down town is convenient. It's a very comfy hotel, its location is perfect. The city centre is just 10-15 minutes walk. It's absolutely easy to walk to the main sightseeing from the hotel. Staff is really nice and polite. Kiev is not very expensive place which is worth visiting. Staying in this hotel will guarantee you a nice and silent nights.

I travel from Argentina. The staff is super friendly. The hotel is very nice. The location is good. Just a short walk to the central square. My room was clean. The air aconditioning was great. Like the TV channels also. The breakfast was good and served in room. I like the option they give you for transfer from/to airport.
