  The room / bathroom are very clean. The staff at the lobby bar / cafe are efficient and friendly. It served a god choice of light and medium meals. I love the cakes! The breakfast is good. Staff at the front desk are excellent. The meeting room that we used was suitably located and quiet. If I have to return to Kiev, I will stay at the same hotel ... o que as pessoas dizem » again. Best wishes to the staff. - Sadly I can say its the worst 4 star hotel in kiev. Price for value is not exsiting. I told the front desk manager that I would never stay there again she didn't seems to care. I suggest pick another one unless u want weird suprizes. Like deposit for mini bar, pay cash room service and etc.

  The location was great with the hotel situated in a park, buses ran along the street in front of the hotel and the metro underground was about a 15 minute walk away and is quite cheap & fast travel. My room was of good size and serviced every day and for the price I don't think that one could - The customer service in the hotel and dining room was great. The hotel is lovely and is surrounded by a park. There is a Metro stop very close by so sightseeing in down town is convenient. The value is superior because the hotel is not right down town but it is very convenient to it. The Metro is cheap and easy to use. The food in the hotel restaurant was delicious.   I like this location very much, is close distance for everything. Very beautiful area. Nice and friendly staff, houskeeping very polite, breakfast and restaurant is excellent. Bar at the lobby is very good and people work in the lobby very helpful. Me and my wife enjoy our staying at this hotel very much and we will tell people about this hotel and we will stay there again when we go to K - Hotel was in the center of the city. Great ambiance and within walking distance or short hotel ride wherever you needed to go recreation wise. Love the receptionist and they few I talked too spoke english. My being american a lot of the staff shyed away from talking to me because of the language barrier. Love the city, it is an exciting place with spectacular views and plenty of things to do.

  Everything was awesome. The facility is spectacular! It is clean, modern, the staff was friendly, the food was excellent. - It was clean and taken care of and it was close to the Kiev LDS Temple, which is why we chose it.

  The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, even letting us check in early after an overnight flight. The hotel is very clean and new. The room was very large and comfortable with a beautiful bathroom. There was a good variety on the breakfast bar. There were also many nice restaurants in the neighborhood, as well as the convenience of the funi... o que as pessoas dizem » cular and the metro right next to the hotel. - I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way for us. I was traveling with my small daughter. When we went for breakfast, they met up with a high chair for our use - I did not have to ask. The location cannot be beat. And, the cost was reasonable. We did not have to pay until we checked out so I liked that too.
