  Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was visiting my girlfriend and they were able to arrange a bouquet of flowers for me. Also the airport taxi service (15 Euro) is excellent and they arranged taxis for me when needed.   I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Gostiny Dvor hotel! The staff were very friendly. Front desk girls were so helpful, spoke excellent english and always went out of their way to accommodate any request I had. The Chateau restaurant which is attached is to hotel is a little expensive but was a true5 star gourmet restaurant! Amazing s... o que as pessoas dizem » ervice and cuisine. All servers spoke enough English that I never had a problem and they were very knowledgable and friendly. The hotel is located ver - All staff at the hotel and the Shato Restaurant attached to it. Are kind,cheerful,and attentive to all guests who come by. The accomodation is relaxing and perfect for vacation or business travelers. I`ve stayed there twicw now. For 12 days in April 2012 and just returned from a 14 day April 13-27th,2013 vacation to Kharkov,Ukraine once again.

  Great service, starting from the pickup at the airport throughout the whole stay. Nice breakfast Top-class gym Good kitchen (enjoyed two dinners there) - Best recommend for everyone who will came in Kharkov !!!!!!

  Actually one of the best hotels we ever stayed in Ukraine. It is newly developed, very clean hotel with big non-smoking (!) rooms. Our room had a big balcony - very enjoying. The breakfast was very tasty (home-like Ukrainian food). The "Shashlik" take-away just across the main street also worth trying. Very clean. Great shower. Quiet. Kharkov hardly seems a tourist destination, so the location was not too bad if you were there for purpose. Be sure and try their "Russian Bath"!

  Everything,as soon as you open the front door you knew you were in for a treat. The lobby set the mood for your stay at this one of a kind hotel. Hotel was wonderful but even if there is something wrong you should see Svetlana's smile and forget all faults :)) I also liked the boy who brought my breakfast to my room, he is very nice guy and decent.. I was really satisfied to stay this hotel.. The price was good. If the hotel is closer to city center it wouldn't be this price.. Thank you for your kindly hospitality..

  The hotel seemed like new. Rooms were large Western style with nice bathrooms and very clean. We traveled to Kiev, Kharkov, and Odessa and this was the best accommodations that we had the entire trip. The cost was reasonable and compared to the other places, a very good value. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We arrived early morning on th... o que as pessoas dizem » e overnight train and weren't supposed to check in for about 4-5 hours but the desk clerk allowed us to check in about 8 in the morning. It was great - The service and attitude of staff was excellent. Breakfast, for me, was a particular high point being a British style buffet.
