O que as pessoas dizem
This venue was chosen for the Millfield Beefeater pub, which we used for an AGM for our MX-5 Owner's club.
The reception staff were very helpful in providing a suitable room for my wife who was recovering from surgery, providing additional pillows to make her stay more comfortable .
The licensee/manager was excellent in his service and support of our needs, providing the conference room and projector/screen facilities for our AGM presentation, simply linking a lap top to the equipment.

The entire stay was perfect. The location was ideal for our needs and the staff were superb. The adjoining Beefeater Restaurant was similarly excellent with their staff being friendly and bubbly. Particular staff members to praise are Andrew & Cheri - they were brilliant.
The hotel is adjoining a very good Beefeater where you can get a drink and meal. Although the hotel was a little bit outside of York the staff organised a taxi which was very reasonable with discount rates. All the staff were friendly and made it a pleasure to stay there.
Very friendly staff who when heard that we were celebrating our Ruby Wedding gave us a card and a complimentary bottle of wine with our meal.
Excellent location for accessing York using the Park and Ride.
Access to the Beefeater through the hotel reception.
The whole experience, from booking through to juggling rooms to meet our
request for early check-in - we had a wedding to attend. The staff were
very obliging. Even the cleaners were interested that we enjoyed our
stay, as we were leaving.
Hotel room was spectacular. Nice bathroom, comfy beds, widescreen tv, fan etc. Beefeaters restaurant had great food- especially breakfast. John and Mitchell were very pleasant to talk to in the mornings.
We had difficulty getting to the hotel and they were great about talking us though on the phone. Food was good. Rooms were delightful. Temp in the hot tub was just right for the kids.
We liked the way we where greeted when we arrive and the help we received also the professional way the staff conducted themselves. They are a credit to your company.
Staff were incredibly friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Never made us feel uncomfortable even though we were in a group of about 15. Breakfast was lovely too.
Always stay at Premier Inns. They are always very clean and we know exactly what we will get for our money. The meal deals are excellent.
The staff was helpful in getting us a good taxi into town. I would stay there again. York is a must visit and this was a good value.
Staff very welcoming, pleasant and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Manner-able, polite and well trained.
Reception was first class with nothing seemingly too much.
Breakfast was something to behold with excellent service on top.
Staff friendly, rooms large and clean, parking excellent, close to park and ride for trip to York.

Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good and staff were friendly and helpful.
Staff really polite and helpful
Room clean with comfy bed.
Friendly staff. Easy motorway access. Practical rooms.
The hotel was very good and staff very helpfull.
Helpful staff.
Food in Beefeater (breakfast and evening meal).
The bed was comfortable and the staff friendly.
Couldn't stay longer.
No razor point in the room and had to ask at reception for an adaptor, which was willingly provided.
Lack of a comfortable chair in the room.
What?.
We were later in arrival and so the children could not swim the first night-- not being able to swim after 7pm is hard when you are doing lots in the city.
The only problem I and my wife had was that the room we where in was near the kitchens and it was a bit noisy with the windows open other than that it was good value.
A little out of town but taxi's were reasonably priced.
Everything was fine!.
The only complaint was the number of flies in the dining room which never seemed to reduce in number albeit we were informed that sprays were being used.
unfortuneatly the room above us sounded like a herd of elephants were present at times, but I think a family with children were in,and we have all been in that situation. did not spoil our stay though.
high temperature in rooms forced use of fans to help cool room even this was not enough as window only open 2-3 inches ,we ended up as greasy spots despite the fan.
Price.
we booked an extra night while we were there ,was was nearly £30 more than you charged a lesson learnt !.
Ventilation, The weather was very hot during our stay. There are so many FIRE doors which prevented any fresh air. The room tempreture control did not adjust so was ver un comfortablely hot. There was a Fan provided.
Room a little cold.
Although I understand the reasoning, seeing signs offering rooms from
£29 when I have paid nearly double is a little frustrating.
Nothing to complain.
A little bit far out from city center.
Having to move the group round because we had to have two three's in a room (problem with one of the rooms due to fire regulation).
nothing to dislike.
The outside paint work of the beefeater. Up keep of facilities says a lot about the place. To look at flaking, blistering paint on doors and windows does nothing to enhance the premises.
Noisy generator or air conditioning unit creating buzzing noise outside room 20.
No fridge in room. There were no laundry facilities at hotel (I think this standard Premier Inn practice though).
Room a bit fusty
Evening service in Restaurant not to good.
provision of only one handtowel per couple.
Food and location.
No air conditioning. It was far too hot to sleep (27.5 degrees in the middle of the night). Worst sleep I have ever had in a hotel (even ones that were situated next to a motorway).
No air conditioning - room was extremely hot and small fans provided were not up to the job. Extractor fan in bathroom did not work properly in our room. Bins were outside window and you could smell them in room.
Family room was a standard room with an extra bed wedged in
Child's bed was a mattress on the floor between two other beds and we could only get into bed from one side or by climbing over each other
Room nowhere near big enough for four people.
My room had windows that didn't close properly and being close to
the main road it was very noisy?. Did complain but nothing was done to
change the room they said they were full booked. This seemed strange as
the car park was half empty?.
The beefeater next door was terrible incredible waiting times for breakfast and evening meal. Waited to be seated 25minutes at breakfast then waited a further hour for it to come, which it never did because we cancelled it, could not wait any longer and the manager had a couldn't care less attitude. Would not visit this Premier inn again because of the beefeater next door.
Poor position, worst view I've ever had from a room, side of office block and bins.
No where to walk for a breath of fresh air.
Same story in room-only one chair.
Beafeater menu not very inspiring, plenty of chips, not much veg as choice.
No air conditioning. Fans available but not sufficient to cool the room.
The fire alarm woke us at 3am and was found to be faulty. We therefore had no sleep. I will not be staying at a Premier Inn again.
The disabled room. Small double uncomfortable bed. Too low. No roll-in shower.
