The owners - Ian and Jan - were both great, very friendly and helpful. We came up for the match against Swansea and they and their staff were really enthusiastic and helpful with regards to transport, directions, eating/dining recommendations, etc.
The room was immaculate, comfortable and warm. Lovely shiny en suite too.

The staff at Old Greasby were fabulous. The rooms were nicely decorated, very clean and very well provisioned.
Really enjoyed our stay.
Old Greasby is well placed to access many points of interest, including Liverpool and North Wales.

When we arrived the staff were extremely polite, when i originally booked the room i asked if we could book in earlier due to a wedding, they were very accommodating, the room was ready when we arrived. The staff were so welcoming & helpful & asked how our party had gone the following morning ( even with all the guests there remembered we were going to a wedding ) . Night porter offered us extra teabags etc
