  Great value B&B for myself and my baby. Our single room was upgraded to a tripple, cot and high chair were provided at no extra cost. Tv in lounge which we were able to use (but didn't). Clean and comfortable, close to Windermere, 20 mins walk to Bowness, free parking. Did the job of a b&b well. - The staff were very friendly.
