  When we arrived the staff were extremely polite, when i originally booked the room i asked if we could book in earlier due to a wedding, they were very accommodating, the room was ready when we arrived.   The staff were excellent: friendly, welcoming, accommodating, informative. Breakfast was good quality. The room deal we got was also excellent value for money.
