  What a find Stayed for one night would have liked to stay more Stuart and his team could not have been more obliging ,helpful and friendly. Everything that was requested prior to our visit----early check in,--- taxi,--- was all done no quibble ---with a smile and a no problem Our room classed as standard what an understatement.we have stayed a... o que as pessoas dizem » t hotels in so call luxurious room /suites no where as good as the Black Swan Food--- first class dinner excellent as was breakfast and both cooked to - Everything. Staff attentive but not intrusive, customer care was second to none from all levels. Stuart & Suzi demonstrated the desire to ensure all aspects of our needs were met during our stay. The room was 10/10 and the location of the hotel lovely. The menu was varied and affordable whilst maintaining a good selection of choice. We left, wishing that we had a hotel like The Black Swan close to where we live, but because we don't we will be back soon. Highly recommended. Pat & Bill.

  Location and friendly staff - The room was comfortable, both the breakfast and evening meal were good and the staff polite and helpful.
