Excellent staff, breakfast cooked to perfection (but would have liked some black pudding!) and selection of fruit, cereals, etc. was outstanding for a budget hotel. Red Kite next door very good for dinner and staff there very good too. Room was spacious and well equipped.

The staff were incredibly helpful and very friendly, every member of
staff we interacted with made us feel like our happiness was their only
goal. The location is spectacular, close to the city centre but set in
the middle of beautiful parkland to really give that "getaway"

It was located well for our purposes. The park around the hotel was nice and made for a peaceful break. The food at the attached restaurant was good and the hotel and restaurante staff were friendly and helpful. -

Pleasant reception staff, checkin very friendly. Convenient location for where we wanted to be. Not the biggest Premier Inn but still had the same comfortable rooms. No bar or restaurant, you use the Brewers Fayre next door for this. -

Large, comfortable room, well equipped and clean. Excellent cooked breakfast (also supplied to early golfers). Spectacular views across the golf course and fells. -

Staff were very friendly and helpful, I was provided with a small desk as I had requested, the room was clean, comfortable and functional. The restaurant was adequate (I am vegetarian and the menu was quite meat based) but very convenient, as you could get food, coffee etc promptly when you wanted. -

Room wasready when I wanted it. Leisure facilities were excellent. Breakfast was lovely restaurant manager was impressive, friendly organised, professional - Comfort, cleanliness relaxing and privacy. Staff not intrusive
