  After having looked at more comments after booking the hotel, I have to say I was a little worried that we would be disappointed when we arrived. However this was not the case!! Upon entering the reception area we greeted by a very nice man who advised that our room was not ready (We did arrive @ 1pm, so guessed that would be the case) We decided ... o que as pessoas dizem » to leave the car in the car park and take a train into London City Centre, we arrived back at the hotel around 7pm, once again we were greeted by a di - I loved it! The room was beautiful with everything you could want - Nespresso machine, fresh milk and water in the fridge, lovely toiletries, large screen tv, comfortable bed with smooth, crisp sheets. We stayed here because we were going to Twickenham stadium for the rugby, but would have loved to stay longer. We walked to the stadium, but we are good walkers and you can get a taxi easily. The grounds are lovely, and the gym and pool excellent. Breakfast was included in our room deal and it wa

I asked how far Richmond centre was and not only given a local map but shown where we were. The hotel was about 5 minutes walk away. Very convenient to the tube which was good as I arrived in the dark. Spotlessly clean. I would stay there again. For the continental breakfast there was a good selection of food. Thanks to all concerned.

  The position of the hotel is idyllic situated on a bend of the Thames. We opted for a less expensive roadside room at 199£ it was small but had everything we needed, and was well decorated. It was well insulated so the road was not audible. We had an excellent dinner served by very attentive staff who were able to match our meal with two superb wi... o que as pessoas dizem » nes.
