This 4-star guest house offers traditionally furnished rooms, free parking and free Wi-Fi in Stratford-upon-Avon. It is less than 20 minutes’ drive from Warwick, where guests can visit the imposing castle built by William the Conqueror in 1068.
Stratford is known for being the birthplace of William Shakespeare, and it is just a 15-minute walk from Moonraker House to the building that the famous playwright grew up in. A number of pubs and restaurants are also within walking distance, and you can enjoy tours along the pretty River Avon.
Full English breakfast is provided each morning in Moonraker’s bright and charming eating area, which has a feature fireplace and is decorated with artwork. Continental options are also available, along with a range of teas, coffee and hot chocolate.

The owners were attentive to every detail of their guests needs and accomodated my requests: leave luggage after check out, later check-out, information on area attractions. They were very helpful and put me at ease while I was tired from travelling solo. The Moon Raker is very well situated in Stratford on Avon: super close to train station ( I was walking/using the train) and very close to the old town & theatre. I would definitely stay here again. todos opiniões »
Morris is the nicest person I have met. He was very helpful and the breakfast was great. A very nice place and his personality made our stay great. The room was good, clean with tea and coffee making facilities, warm, big flat screen tv, internet with no problems. If ever I return to Stratford on my own I will definetely stay here again.
Excellent, friendly welcome and service throughout our two night stay. Splendid breakfast (apart from the sausages!) set the days up perfectly. Easy 10 minute stroll into wonderful Stratford-upon-Avon. Particularly liked the elephant in the bathroom - stay there and you'll see what I mean! . A little gem - thank you!.
The welcome was warm and friendly, Morris went out of his way to make us feel at home. The room was big enough and clean, ditto the bathroom. Breakfast more than adequate, with more on offer if required (we couldn't ! ). It is now the venue we will always book when we come back to Stratford.

The ensuite was very narrow - but couldn't be helped with the space available. The shower was very weak, which perhaps could be improved.
The bathroom was a tad small but this cannot be helped.
