We have stayed at many Premier Inns in different parts of the uk. This
was the best. We ate in the hotel the first day then tried somewhere
else. We were back at the Premier Inn the next day as the food was
better. More variety,well cooked, well served and value for money. We
are pensioners on a limited income but were visiting family as it was
our golden wedding. This was our little treat and we hope we will return
again one day.

Some of the staff were excellent and very obliging. The rooms were clean. Quite location no noise at night. Great for fitness as a well stocked gym and squash courts. A bit of a boys feel at the sports bar. Beauty facilities good and also hairdressers. I was given a very good free and concise workout on the slendertone machines, great bonus. Free

The staff were very friendly despite us turning up after one in the morning after our nearby concert had finished. The following morning we were met by more friendly staff for breakfast and the reception was friendly too. The rooms were roomy, clean and tidy with everything you needed.

The hotel was well situated with access to other amenities close by. Thereception was welcoming and we were delighted with the facilities onhand. We enjoyed an enjoyable meal and retired with no disturbance atall. We totally enjoyed our stay the hotel was well worth the money. Staff were friendly and curtious. having an aged Aunt, We were given a room in the quite part of the hotel. I was grateful for their concern. Hanley City Centre a great shopping area. - The peace and quiet despite a number of children staying. I think the staff should be complimented in the allocation of rooms.
