  This Premier Inn is quite a difficult one to find, but after a phonecall the lovely Kayla came and found me and escorted me back to the hotel. This is customer service par excellence! My stay was good and was incredibly convenient for the Durham University campus. - The room was absolutely mint clean. no faults.   My wife and I stayed in Preston Farm Premier Inn. We live in Dublin and have stayed in several Premier Inns over the years, we found Preston Farm to be the best. This hotel will be my first choice when visiting my family in Teesside from now on. The bar is comfortable and it is a pleasure to take a drink in there. The restaurant is also pleasant and the food is - staff were very friendly and made you welcome. good value for money and the food was excellent and never miss the full breakfast. Big thankyou to Jo, nothing was ever to much trouble for her. First time we stayed at a premier inn and will not be the last.
