Staff were very helpful, in particular the restaurant staff, great service both morning and evening for breakfast and first evening meal. Spa was also very good and the lady who helped me extremely helpful and kind. Loved the fact that there were FRESH flowers on the tables, how very nice.
It was a brief stay and there was nothing that I was not happy with.
Great hotel. Comfortable, clean and spacious room with everything you need. Nice breakfast - they even had gluten-free bread to make toast for me (being a coeliac). Would have taken our bathers had we realised there was a pool! Lovely lounge areas. Very good value for money.
The dinner menu was a bit limited and seemed more like a pub menu. There was a sample menu in the room with an offer on which was nothing like what was actually offered! We would have eaten dinner in the hotel had there been more variety.
Helpfull staff. We were not due to check in before 2pm, however when we arrived at 11:00 we were allowed to use our room without delay.

Lovely hotel, great continental breakfast options. Located on the road to the airport (a 25 min walk), there is a bus stop outside either to the airport or into St Peter Port (30 mins). Pool was great.
It is directly under the flight path to the airport. Whilst there are not that many fights, they do start at 6.30 in the morning (and finish mid-evening).

Pleasant staff and good food
Furniture (particularly in bar area) was very tatty - a pity when compared to some of the other areas. Bedroom furnishings also a bit dated. Bed was not the most comfortable that I have slept in.
Comfortable accommodation, nice staff, swimming pool and saunas for free, reliable price. I can recommend this hotel.

Very friendly individual welcome by Carlos. Excellent breakfast especially the grilled kippers done to perfection. Relaxing pool, sauna & steam room. Had them to ourselves! Easy parking. Near airport. Fantastic price for B&B.
Some ceilings need decorating. Cracked window in dining room needs repairing!

This hotel was amazing! We stayed there during the blizzard weather and the staff (especially reception) were super helpful and accommodating, updating us on the whole shut down situation with ferries etc. Reception even found us a lift down to the port amongst all the closed roads and madness! Great food (especially the chicken kiev), facilities and super comfy beds, Stay here.
