Situated on the Western side of Chichester harbour, Mill Rythe Holiday Village is surrounded by coastal walks and features a swimming pool, tennis court, and spa, hair and beauty treatments. Each room at Mill Rythe features an en suite shower or bath, Freeview TV and tea/coffee making facilities. A range of British and international cuisine is served in the spacious restaurant, such as Italian style pizzas and spicy curries. A hearty full English breakfast is also available. Please note that this Holiday Village is for over 18s only during term time. During the school holidays, the whole family can enjoy an activity filled break. Activities such as abseiling and archery can be organised by staff, and the site also features pool tables, bowls courts and on-site Zumba instructors. Live music, cabaret and karaoke are some of the other activities on offer for guests to enjoy.

Very cheap night away and the bar is fantastic at £1.70 a pint , staff were great even had a number for the local takeway. Its a must first time tryer Fantastic offers a breakfast and have stuff to do all day or you can just chill in the pool or at the bar .. try it u mite like it +++++++. The value for money was excellent. We paid £50 per night which included evening meal & breakfast. Plenty of facilities, extremely family friendly.

Drinks promotion unbelievable!!! Food/restaurant service very good. It was like going back in time hi de hi campers ! We had a good laugh. clean and comfortable, convenient to shopping centres. the tranquility, service, cabaret. food, ballroom area,. relaxed atmosphere. all very good. Dated however good for the price, with helpful staff and good service. The full breakfast was good as well. staff extremely friendly, food (breakfast) excellent. the food was cooked well. tasty and well presented!. Good value. Great for families with young children. the food at the harvister down the road. Little bit dated, Bed really hard, but its cheap so I say get over it and enjoy the bar at £1.70 a pint appy days. Our main bugbear was having to share our table with another couple at breakfast and dinner, we asked if we could move, but were told we could not. As a young couple with no children the entertainment wasn't really to our taste. We wanted to go into Portsmouth one night, but were advised taxis would be approx £60! The pool was full of kids, so no leisurely swim. Really unhappy booked a double but got a twin was only there for two days and got there late on first day so no time to move etc it wasn't good because it was first chance of a weekend away with new girlfriend. A bit basic and unless you travelled off site nowhere to get a meal after 7. in need of some modernisation, somewhat dowdy in parts. no chairs on balcony,not that didnt like it but think u could revamp your f/paths around the chalets. sink in bedroom was bizare. Wiifi to the room and the inclusion of a fridge would be an advantage for travellers staying for a short period. The bathroom was extremely dated with cracked sink, toilet & tiles. the room was dated, bed was uncomfortable and not very clean. Booked an over 18s HOTEL for one night. The place was full of children and more like a holiday camp than a hotel. It wasn't what we were looking for. every thing is was so expencive the bar over priced so was the shop and snack bar the rooms very basic the food was very much form super saver range. no disabeld took in to acc i was sent to a block where my room was upstairs IM IN A WHELL CHAIR finally put in room with ramp could not use toilet or shower IV GOT NO LEGS IM IN A WHEEL CHAIR. It is disgusting. Mould in corridors and rooms. Musky damp smell throughout. Rude staff. I would never recommend to anyone ever.
