Important information to guests

Guests are requested to carry along with their photo ID proof the card used to make the booking for verification. In case the card belongs to a third party then a photocopy of the card and a photo ID proof of the card holder will need to be shown at the time of check-in instead of the actual card. In the absence of this the property may refuse check in. Parties and pets are not permitted. If there are any complaints from the neighbours or if any house rules are broken, then you will be asked to vacate the premises without refund. It is not permitted to have more guests stay overnight than the number on the booking confirmation. For check-in after 20:00 hours guests can do a self check in where the door codes for the digital locks will be sent via email along with instructions. In this case we will request for the copies of the photo IDs and card to be emailed to us prior to sending the self check in details. There is no extra cost for late check in and guests can check in any time post 20:00 within their booking dates. If guests want a meet and greet service for check in there will be additional cost of GBP 25 between 20:00–22:00 and GBP 50 between 22:00–00:00. Meet and greet after this time is not possible. There is no reception area in the building and there is a self check-in process. Self check-in details with instructions and door codes are provided prior to arrival. A meet and greet service can be requested and a member of the management team will meet you on arrival. A security deposit of GBP 150 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
