One of the best hotels we have tried. The staff are friendly, helpful and very professional. Our room was very well equipped and tastefully furnished. We had a good nights sleep with no noise from other guests, which is unusual in hotels. We found the location excellent, right near the theatre and the town centre. We would happily make a return visit.

Everything, value for money was fantastic, location was fantastic, the best short break we have had. Recently refurbished so decor of a high standard, room of a good size, extremely comfortable and we were lucky enough to have a fantastic view over the river. Although we were told the hotel was full, there was very little noise to disturb us. Nice touches include hairdryer, iron and ironing board in room, always very useful. - the inn was very old

Lovely location (20 minutes from Stratford) and beautiful building and surrounding scenery. The breakfast was very good and the staff in the restaurant were very professional. The lady on the reception desk Sunday morning was very friendly, totally unlike my welcome the night before.
Good quality TV in the room.
The shower is very powerful and there was a bath too.
In general, the communal areas of the centre looked very fresh and modern.

We have stayed here several times when visiting the theatre in Stratford, and found that it had been refurbished over the winter. We were very happy with facilities before, but they are of a very high standard now.
We enjoyed being able to eat breakfast outside on the patio area, and thought breakfast was very good value.
The staff also went out of their way to be helpful, even phoning to get more info for us re a local National Trust property.
