One of the best hotels we have tried. The staff are friendly, helpful and very professional. Our room was very well equipped and tastefully furnished. We had a good nights sleep with no noise from other guests, which is unusual in hotels. We found the location excellent, right near the theatre and the town centre. We would happily make a return visit.

The hotel was very clean. We had a beautiful room. The staff were very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was lovely. We also made use of the swimming pool,jacuzzi,steamroom and sauna and restaurant. - The atmosphere and history of the hotel is wonderful. Everything, value for money was fantastic, location was fantastic, the best short break we have had. Food was first class and the rooms clean and comfortable. we will definately use Holiday Inn in future. - The staff were very friendly. check in and check out was very quick. would stay here again and recommend the hotel to friends.

Lovely location (20 minutes from Stratford) and beautiful building and surrounding scenery. The breakfast was very good and the staff in the restaurant were very professional. The lady on the reception desk Sunday morning was very friendly, totally unlike my welcome the night before.
Good quality TV in the room.
The shower is very powerful and there was a bath too.
In general, the communal areas of the centre looked very fresh and modern.
