The hotel was very clean. We had a beautiful room. The staff were very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast was lovely. We explored the fabulous grounds it was situated in and the surrounding area. We also made use of the swimming pool,jacuzzi,steamroom and sauna and restaurant. - The atmosphere and history of the hotel is wonderful. Everything, value for money was fantastic, location was fantastic, the best short break we have had. Lovely location (20 minutes from Stratford) and beautiful building and surrounding scenery. The breakfast was very good and the staff in the restaurant were very professional. The lady on the reception desk Sunday morning was very friendly, totally unlike my welcome the night before.
Good quality TV in the room.
The shower is very powerful and there was a bath too.
In general, the communal areas of the centre looked very fresh and modern.
