We loved the warmth and charm of the welcome(great cake!) and the rooms for the three of us were stylish and comfortable and exceptionally clean. Everything!! Lovely, helpful owner, Sue, couldn't have done more to make us and the other guests feel 'at home'. So much better staying in the quiet suburbs than in the city centre with buses running every eight minutes or so from right outside the house into the city centre for shopping and sightseeing. A beautiful house in a lovely location, very clean and a great breakfast!

Dave the host was there to welcome us when we arrived. He was very helpfull, and made us very welcome. The hotel was spotless and are room was very comfortable. On arrival we was asked what time we would like breakfast, we opted for latest time of 9.00am. The breakfast was excellent, and again Dave & Rachael coudn't do enough for us. So overall, great hosts, clean and very comfy room, in a perfect location.

We weren't leaving Liverpool until 5:30 on the day that we checked out and we didn't have to check out until then as the apartment wasn't in use that night. If ever in Liverpool again,will defintately stay there again and would highly recommend it.

What did I like? - everything. The location was perfect - conference centre, Albert Dock, city centre on your door step. The room was surprisingly spacious and breakfast was fantastic. The apartments were clean and modern and secure and had everything you
needed home from home. Had a 9th floor apartment with a fantastic view.
The chaps on the reception were really busy as there were customers and
the phones were busy but they were really good and still gave 100%
service. The location is excellent and for the price I would definitely
come back. No complaints at all from us.

I think the renovation of the old building (where, incidentally, my
father worked in the Accounts department in his younger days) is both
attractive on the outside and very tasteful on the inside. I like the
fact that the brickwork has been left exposed in places on the inside.
The provision of self catering facilities in the room is most welcome
