The apartments were clean and modern and secure and had everything you
needed home from home. Had a 9th floor apartment with a fantastic view.
The chaps on the reception were really busy as there were customers and
the phones were busy but they were really good and still gave 100%
service. The location is excellent and for the price I would definitely
come back. No complaints at all from us.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. We stayed with my daughter and twelve of her friends with another two adults for a birthday treat. We couldn't fault the apartments they were very clean and is only five mins away from liverpool one, it would have been more expensive going home for the night in a taxi even though we all only live approx ten miles away. My daughter has already suggested staying there on a night we are going to Liverpool Arena.

They were very friendly and helpful. They breakfast was excellent. It was great not being in the city but being out where it's not quite as crowded. We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel.

I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent.
The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet.
The bottled water and chocs left every day.

I thought the Merchant Quarters accommodation was especially good. Theoption of relaxing in the living room and even cooking a meal was for usvery nice. The accommodation is walking distance to everywhere and oncewe had parked up in our allotted parking spot we never had to use thecar. We left feeling very relaxed after having a very enjoyable week

The ladies on breakfast duty on both mornings were welcoming, efficient and cheerful. On the Sunday morning we asked for more coffee, milk and sugar to make ourselves a drink before leaving and a member of staff brought a tray of tea and coffee to our suite - didn't have to make it ourselves.

Nice location. Although it is a little far from railway station (like 15min by walk), it is near the harbor. Very beautiful scenery in the night. Of cause the price is very valuable which is quite suitable for student travelling alone. The room has single toilet, convenient.

We weren't leaving Liverpool until 5:30 on the day that we checked out and we didn't have to check out until then as the apartment wasn't in use that night. the apartment was complete with cooking utensils and eating cutleries which made our stay so much easier. it's like having your home when you're traveling. there is not much noise heard although it is exactly opposite to the Central station. there is a lot of shops around, thus eating around is not a problem if cooking yourself is not an option. t

Completely new hotel with excellent location in the city center. Spacious apartment included very comfortable bed, big flat TV, small kitchen (with all the equipment), large bathroom and free wi-fi. Nice and polite staff - we received wi-fi code and free city map automatically at check in. At check out we needed to catch a flight very early in the morning, they called us a private taxi which cost less than 14 pounds (better rate than standard taxi). Would definitely stay again.

I booked twin beds for myself and my daughter and they gave us a two bed apartment which was very nice. It was in a fantastic location right in the heart of the city. It was nice to have a kitchen if you wanted to make a cup of tea. It was great value for money. -
