Staff were friendly and very helpful. We stayed with my daughter and twelve of her friends with another two adults for a birthday treat. We couldn't fault the apartments they were very clean and is only five mins away from liverpool one, it would have been more expensive going home for the night in a taxi even though we all only live approx ten miles away. My daughter has already suggested staying there on a night we are going to Liverpool Arena.

All the staff were extremely friendly and natural in their approach and nothing too much trouble. - I loved your hotel it was my first stay at a Malmaison and it was probably the nicest hotel I have stayed at - I loved the reception and bar area it was very smart and classy. Also loved the unique touches such as 'the damage' on the bill, the note to say feel free to keep the shampoos etc, and the little room tag 'things could get messy'! I would definitely stay here again! Thankyou!!!

We made an overnight stop in Liverpool with our children, aged 10 and 7. The staff were helpful and friendly from the moment we checked in. We arrived early and although we couldn't have our room, parked in the car park and did some shopping, stopped for coffee and visited a couple of museums before heading back to the hotel.

I cant remember the name of one of the staff helping in the resturant he was tall and quite young, but should go far his attitude to his work and communication skills with those staying were excellent.
The gentleman at the door was very friendly and had a chat with everyone coming in, nice touch with the red carpet.
The bottled water and chocs left every day.

I thought the Merchant Quarters accommodation was especially good. Theoption of relaxing in the living room and even cooking a meal was for usvery nice. The ladies on breakfast duty on both mornings were welcoming, efficient and cheerful. On the Sunday morning we asked for more coffee, milk and sugar to make ourselves a drink before leaving and a member of staff brought a tray of tea and coffee to our suite - didn't have to make it ourselves.
