I thought the hotel was extremely good value. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom superb. Breakfast was buffet style, lots of choice and plentiful. We did not have a chance to use the bar or restaurant but I would have liked to as the menu was appealing and was the look of the facilities. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this hotel or

I arrived at 1.30 in the morning and was a little anxious trying to find the entrance but when I entered the hotel my anxiety diminished and I fell into the lovely bed encased in soft linens; such a restful atmosphere. gratitude to katie who was exceptional pleasant & consumately
professional, also being attentive throughout. We shall undoubtedly be
making a return visit. The location and parking facility being perfect

We arrived evening 8.30 ish after a long drive, your staff were very helpful and pleasant, they advised where we could eat as the restuarant would be closed by the time we had settled in, our room was very comfortable and clean, breakfast was easy, and the dining room fabulous, with it's chandeliers.
Well placed to visit the Gormley statues.

Friendly, efficient, polite staff. Arrived after a long drive with young baby to a smiling face & cheery receptionist made all the difference. My 2 year old loved chatting away to everyone. Facilities were excellent & spotlessly clean as was our room which had plenty room even with an extra bed in. Breakfast was also delicious & bar & meals were not over priced for once in a hotel however equally as delicious! Already planning our next visit!

The location was excellent. Immediately opposite Lime Street Railway
Station, and just around corner from Bus Station and shopping just a few
steps further. Also near to St Georges Hall and the Walker Art Gallery.
The staff throughout were friendly and very helpful, particularly our
room maid and Kathy in the restaurant at breakfast. Good selection in
the restaurant for breakfast, and dinner was superb.
