  Really enjoyed our stay at the Phildene, the staff couldn't have beenmore helpful and suggested a number of things to do and see whilst wewere staying, Room was very comfortable and everything you needed wasthere also the breakfast was top notch, would definitely go back.   Have always wanted to stay here so chose it as a special place to spend a wedding anniversary.The look of the building lived up to its reputation as an Iconic Art Deco masterpiece. It is more 'set apart' on the Promenade than I'd realised and has benefitted from the facelift that that has clearly received in recent years.The bedroom and fabulous e... o que as pessoas dizem » n-suite were more 'state of the art' than I'd expected. The restaurant was superbly situated along the front with great views and the choice of breakf - The foyer is a stunning tribute to the original design and the refurbishment. The room was beautifully designed if a little quirky, quiet and clean and the furnishings reflected the period. Dinner menu was a tad limited but well presented and served and up to 4* standard. The location was ideal for exploring Lancashire and the Lakes. The provision of binoculars to maximise the sea view was a nice touch!

  Everything, from the moment we arrived until the moment we left we were looked after by a team of friendly professionals who know how to treat the discerning traveller! The food and the service were first class. One of my Favourite hotels. - We loved the setting. Lots of birds with lots of happy singing. The room was beautiful. Lots of comfort.
