The room was extremely comfortable and we were very impressed with the size of the room and the HUGE bed we had! The hotel is in a fantastic location for the town. We had a fantastic stay at the hotel, everything was first class. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean, the staff very friendly and accomodating. The hotel was perfect. Clean, comfortable and with a great staff. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Wonderful hotel. Highly recommend it. - kids just loved the leisure club, couldn't keep them out of the water and the jacuzzi and steam bath were an added luxury.

Lovely friendly service and fantastic food in the fine dining restaurant. It finds the balance between luxury and comfort really nicely. Not too posh, but very polished and welcoming. The double bed was also a good size and very comfortable. The surroundings with sea view and flowered gardens were spectacular.

Staff very friendly breakfeast was great our room in viewbank was comfortable but a bit dated would book springburn lodge next time it looks very nice . Theres a leisure room which has a swimmingpool and pool table which is free overall an excellent choice

Boa localização, boa estrutura - The staff were very polite and helpfull. The rooms were lovely and clean and and we weren't put in a cheap room just because it was out of season and low cosr. We had a room with a lovely view of the river! - I though the hotel had excellant cleanliness and was very central to clubs and pubs made for a perfect day

Everything - we arrived at 8pm and were welcomed by Kate on Reception. We had dinner in the hotel and the service and food (and price!) were impeccable. Dont judge the hotel from the outside which looks tired and dated once inside you are in for a pleasant suprise. The foyer and reception area are bright and modern and the staff pleasant and helpfull. Our rooms were spotless and well equipped. All in all a great hotel and excellent value for money. I celebrated my boyfriend's birthday and arranged with the hotel for flowers and decoration. The flowers are really lovely, and the rooms were beautifully decorated with little hearts on the bed. They also gave me a really nice room with a big balcony, unfortunately it was too cold for us to chill out in the balcony. The facilities are very good.

I loved this place. The rooms were sensibly reduced last minute. The building was fabulous and totally unexpected in the middle of the Scottish countryside - Spanish style. You felt you were abroad. Decor also lovely, fantastic bathroom with jacuzzi bath and wonderful strong shower, comfy clean beds, poolroom for the two teenagers to hangout in at night, breakfast fabulous as well, helpful and laidback staff. Absolutely loved it.
