When an hotel gets it right it just does - and it's difficult to put into words but from the moment we received the welcoming check-in to the moment we left, the ambience made us feel comfortable and at ease. Great location of course. Breakfast was great - lovely friendly attentive service and obviously good quality local ingredients cooked beautifully. Overall, very good value for money.

It is very close to Kings Cross and St Pancreas, in a reasonable quiet area.
They have a reception room with a working computer, which is free to use, along with lots of information about the area and things to do and places to eat. There is also free wifi in the room.

friend, not a couple, not a group. I was there for business and
pleasure, wouldn't have been there without either. You ask for first
name or anonymous (they are the same thing!) for a review, I would say
my complete name or none. I love the aesthetics of the place, it's
cozy and relaxing, people are friendly to each other. Perfect size for
privacy or friendliness. Excellent breakfasts. The look is a 40's

Location: Great!!! Within 10 minutes walk from Liverpool station when
figure out the way and actually another station Moorgate is just around
the corner. With marks and spender just opposite to the hotel, it makes
it more perfect! As can buy snacks / bottle water easily on our way
back to hotel. :)

excellent to have a small apartment instead of a hotel room, very good value for money. Has everything one needs in an apartment, even for a few days (kitchenette, fridge, crockery, cutlery). Nice modern and decoration, very comfortable. Modern flat screen TV and even an iPod docking station! I would go here again for a short city trip in London. Easy walk from Russell Square and to British Museum, Univ of London. Just opposite Charles Dickens House.

Fantastic hotel, I can't fault it. Very friendly staff, great location as we were in London to go to Victoria casino. Breakfast was great and for the price it really was superb! I would definitely go back again. -

The design/decor of room and common areas, comfy bedding, great lounge area... would have loved to stayed longer. Plush bedding and pillows were perfect as was the overall decor. Breakfast price is reasonable and if we would like to have full english breakfast, we can ask anything.
Locaton is good for shopping, dinning, and close to V&A musium.

The welcome was lovely when we arrived and everything clearly explained. The room was fine, the bed comfortable and the bathroom facilities good. There were tea and coffee making facilities, but we had to ask for more tea bags and milks as only two were provided.

Excellent location for the O2 and also for quick and easy access to the city of London and London Eye, an excellent 'city' location with the feel of not being in the city. Wonderful restaurants and pubs in easy walking distance. On a good day it is highly recommended to take a river cruise to Westminster using the 24 hour Red rover ticket which allows unlimited 'hop on and off' travel. Walk from the hotel and catch the DLR to Canary Wharf from East India (few mins walk, literally - and not main roads to cross), or take a 2 minute walk across a set of Traffic Lights to Blackwall DLR. Tea/Coffee and good size rooms, power shower!! Comfy beds, handy to have a hairdryer.I would stay again but ask for a do not disturb sign for door! Staff at check in desk friendly and check in/out quick and easy never had food so cant comment nice budget hotel close to shops (15 mins walk) Beware of taxis share if you can we did twice there and back after concert at 02, pre-book because you get a set fare

Location: not central, but transportation options are very good, Stratford station is just 5 min walk from the hotel.
Room: very good, all necessary for the stay, clean and neat. Cleaning staff did a great job. Maybe a small fridge would be good to have, but that's a minor thing. We were really amazed of how efficient the room space was used.

We were very happy with this hotel. The location is pretty good (in 15-20 minutes you're in the city and there are a lot of shopping opportunities in Stratford), but the most important thing is that it is very clean and modern. We felt very comfortable and slept well there. It is very simple, as you might expect, but for the price, we were very happy. Free WiFi, but not very fast, there is a possibility for an upgrade though. Can only recommend, especially for younger people who want to see the
