  We were extremely impressed with the room in which we stayed. Our 19 month old daughter was given a lovely cot to sleep in, our sheets were always turned down by the time we got back at night and mints on our pillows-you cant get better than that! Our bathroom was extremely clean and we were provided with wonderful little shampoos and body lotion e... o que as pessoas dizem » tc. Best place we have ever stayed!!! - We arrived tired after driving from Oxford, and our room was not ready. However the reception staff were marvellously kind and welcoming and gave us a complimentary tray of tea in the lounge. When it became clear that there would be a further delay, we were switched to another room immediately. I am full of praise for the reception staff.

  Was upgraded from executive double to executive suite on arrival which was a nice surprise. The decoration and facilities in the room were superb, one of the best rooms that I have ever stayed in. When booking the hotel I was expecting a very staid environement and was pleasantly suprised by the contemporary feel to the hotel. - Staff were exceptio... o que as pessoas dizem » nal.   What a lucky find we had at Hillside House, such a friendly family team, who make you so very welcome. Our room was a delight, quite large with a large bathroom, with both shower and bath. We stayed in a double room, which was a very good size along with a good sized bathroom. The room was very clean and well furnished and in excellent order. We found the service to be excellent, very friendly and helpful. We only had chance to eat in their restaurant once, but the food was of a good standard. The open fire in the bar is so lovely!
