The Bed & Breakfast is located close to walking distance to the city. Kevin and June the owners are friendly. Kevin is helpful with organizing tours and knowledgeable of the local area and city. They provide comfortable, clean premises and a great Irish breakfast menu.

We were thrilled with our stay at Ashlea House. Our room was spacious and cheerfully decorated, with a great view of the harbour. Thoughtful additions were made to the typical tea tray, such as cappuccino mix and biscuits. Most impressively, when we told Geraldine, the hostess, that we were in a bit of a hurry to leave due to our travel plans, our breakfast came out more quickly than I even thought possible. Location was a close walk to downtown. Staff was very friendly (always called me a cab as I didn't have a phone), helped me print train tickets and answered all my questions. Bathrooms were quite clean. Only thing that maybe was a downer was the wifi in my room wasn't great, but it was great eveyrwhere else so it didn't make a difference to me really

The B&B itself had a lovely atmosphere; the staff were very friendly & accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, with the best soda bread and coffee. The room was toasty and the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was spotless (the towels smelled great too). We had parking available for us at the B&B, so we were out of the way of the busy Portrush streets. The location was perfect and central, close to Bushmills, Portstewart and the Giant’s Causeway, loads of restaurants nearby

the owner was very welcoming, he gave us an upgrade to a bigger room free of charge, he gave us the numbers of local taxi firms so we could get home from the wedding reception, and our own front door key so we could come in late! it was a lovely warm room, comfortable bed and en-suite, just what we needed. This B&B is outstanding and as good as many 5 star hotels. Room and ensuite were spacious & beautifully appointed. Luxury bedding & towels. Breakfast superb - fruit freshly prepared, porridge lovely, excellent hot choices. Host very friendly and helpful regarding local knowledge. I don't know what you could do to experience a better B&B than this. Having spent 4 weeks in B&Bs in UK & Ireland this one beats them all by a long way.

Amazing detail and everything has been thought out with care and attention. Couldnt believe that i could also get gluten free breakfast and cakes. The tea rooms are worth a visit on thier own as they are so beautiful, and the conterence room is a must see. This is wonderful B&B in a great location for the beautiful village of Cushendun and Cushendall. The accomodation is beautifully maintained and decorated, perfectly clean as well as being wonderfully comfortable. The owners are incredibly hospitable, friendly and helpful without being in any way intrusive. The breakfast was generous and cooked to perfection. I would recommend this B&B to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in this beautiful part of the world.

Excellent location for: beachfront walk, sightseeing, choice of dining facilities (Golf Club & Hotel), good supermarket. Easy to find.
