  A localização do hotel, muito central. - Não gostei de te r reservado um quarto com vista para o rio e ter ficadonum quarto sem vista e situado num canto com dificil acesso, junto àarrumação das empregadas da limpeza que muito cedo faziam barulho.

  The location - just 10 min walk into the heart of the city (and the new Cabot Circus shopping center which my wife and daughter both loved)! The hotel staff were all very friendly and very efficient and gave excellent and professional customer service at all times. Although the bathroom was quite small - the actual bedroom was quite spacious and th... o que as pessoas dizem » e bed very comfy! - We only stayed one night but the room was as we expected and only a short walk from pubs and resturants, staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed a drink in the hotel bar. The breakfast was great, big selection.

  Excelente pequeno-almoço e quarto com todas as condições. - The room was comfortable and there was a heater which proved very useful during cool, wet weather. After checking out, I was able to leave my bag at the hotel until I needed to the railway station, several hours later.   Very friendly attentive helpful staff. Reception area was very welcoming. The whole hotel was spotless. Excellent shower. Comfy bed. Amazing soundproofing - there is quite a noisy road outside, but we couldn't hear it at all, I was also surprised how busy the breakfast room was as we hadn't heard any other guests. We had a good evening meal to - i was very pleasantly surprised at how really nice the ibis was, i did,nt know what to expect but from my arrival to my checking outi could find no faults with the hotel or the staff. i whave since booked into both the ibis at swansea and at whitechapel london. i would not hesitate to reccomend the ibis hotels to my friends.
