The room was so comfortable overlooking the square. The en suite had an excellent walk in shower. The owner was so friendly. Free wi-fi. The bed is one of the most comfortable I have slept in. The breakfast is excellent. Try the soda bread. I would definitely use this B&B again -

Stuart and Sarah made me feel so welcome from the start. They could not have been more helpful, especially with sorting out a menu for my guests, some of whom had food allergies. The room was warm, very comfortable with lots of cosy touches, and ample tea and coffee making facilities. I ate breakfasts and an evening meal and the food was superb,

Lovely grounds, good location handy for Eyemouth and the whole Borders region. Food pretty good. Small (only 4 rooms) with personal friendly service. Rooms comfortable. Nice bar with friendly and cosy ambience. Lots of parking. Located out of town in beautiful countryside - very peaceful, and lovely to sit outside in the sunshine. Wifi had good signal in public areas.
