Staff very friendly and welcoming, couldn't do enough to help. Excellent location to explore Jedburgh and other towns in the Borders. Lots of history and lovely scenery. Breakfast good quality. After conversation with the owners we ended up staying at Coldstream Bank House rather than Duns House, as it was more convenient for us. It was excellent, beautiful accommodation, very comfortable and a lot of thought had been put into the rooms. Owners very nice, helpful and friendly without being intrusive. -

From the moment we arrived we couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome. This is a lovely, friendly, traditional hotel, with lots of period features and our room was very clean and a decent size.
We had dinner in the hotel and breakfast and the food was lovely.
Would like to say a special thank you to Emma (Duty Manager) and all the staff that were working the weekend of the 29th November for making our stay as good as it was.

That they have started to renovate this great building with care since buying it last month. The owner Lynne is amazing host, so caring and friendly. The breakfast was superb. Warm and cosy rooms. Of all the B&Bs in which we stayed during an extensive tour of Scotland, this was far and away the best. Very friendly warm welcome and this continued during our stay. The room was immaculately clean and the bedding was top quality Egyptian cotton. Bed looked relatively new and was very comfotable. Slept well. Quiet street with parking available.
