  The staff were very friendly and very helpful. It was excellent value for money, especially f you can get a room for 39.95 but not sure how you qualify for this. - Great value for money. Staff very helpfull. Fab nights sleep,good quality bed.needed extra pillow,it was no trouble for them. Will defo stay again when in area.

  Really nice bar with very helpful and friendly staff. Good rooms with all facilities but adapted to fit the struceure fo the 400 year old building. Food was excellent. Over all exceptional value and will stay again. - The clean, comfortable accommodation, friendly staff & good food made the stay enjoyable.   the staff and the owners were absolutley fantastic they couldnt do enough for us. the position of the hotel couldnt of been better it was overlooking the river in a quiet spot but close enough to the centre to go shopping and a good night out. - i was there just for the night, and te staff was very helpfull and friendly
