  Everything was 1st class. Spotlessly clean guest house, friendly owner and staff, lovely comfortable bedroom with very large separate bathroom. The extras in the bedroom added a lovely touch - usual tea and coffee making facilities but also with a cafetiere, boiled sweets, small fridge in room, iron and ironing board - everything you could wish fo... o que as pessoas dizem » r. The choice of breakfast is amazing for a small establishment and the food was lovely - all freshly made. Excellent location - minutes from beach or - The room is bright and clean. Although we had an external bathroom, there were no complaints at all because the bathroom was really huge. Quite a selection of complementry drinks in the room. Free bottle of mineral water which is uncommon for bed and breakfast. The guest house is very homely and tastefully decorated. The much ravelled about eggs benedict is really awesome, a good selection of cerals and fruits too. No complains at all. Beautiful beach walking distance away.

The accomodation exceeded our expectations. The owners were very friendly and the breakfast was superb. Will definitely return when next in the area.

  Very high standard of decor and cleanliness. Very friendly and helpful owners. Convenient location. Excellent breakfast, beautifully cooked and presented. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Would stay again if passing through Ayr.
