Beautiful house with lovely lounge to sit in. Charming large bedrooms with excellent, tasteful decor, couches and attractive en suites. Proprietors, Michael and Joyce, friendly and attentive. Delicious breakfasts. Nice experience, staying in someone's home, which is like a boutique hotel, rather than in some chain hotel. Highly recommend. -

We got a very friendly welcome, it really did feel like being at home, the room was lovely, clean, big and very nicely decorated. It was in a nice location and the staff were very good in recommending somewhere to eat. Breakfast was made to order and was very good with lots of choice

The hosts Diane and Jim are lovely warm people who will do everything possible to ensure that your stay with them leaves nothing to be desired.

Really friendly, helpful, considerate people running this hotel. We received a very personal welcome and I don't think they could do more to make our stay perfect. We felt like 'family' after our stay at Braidmead House.
Our room had everything we needed to prepare for the wedding we wanted to go (including a tall mirror)!
The hotel is in an immaculate condition and is beautifully designed. We had a double room with a king bed, and it was still quite roomy.

Marion was an exceptionally wonderful hostess - she made us feel welcome and comfortable, and even went to a lot of trouble looking up bus schedules and the like. there were no complaints at all because the bathroom was really huge.

benedict is really awesome, a good selection of cerals and fruits too.
