i arrived earlier than expected check in time and yet they gave me a very warm welcome.
they looked after me as if i was part of their family during breakfast with all the guidance and warm talk, and wiwaited for me to arrive safe at nught. I literally felt as if i am visiting family.
the place was clean and everything was on time.
very comfy place and close enough gocity centre
located in a beautiful area
it was an unforgettable getaway experience for me

We were made to feel very welcomed and found the hotel to be comfortable and relaxing - we enjoyed our stay very much. The food was also excellent - we had dinner -and the breakfast was also very good - Everything. The rooms were clean and spacious, the food was excellent. No request was too much for for them.

The staff were excellent and the leisure complex was better than we expected. A special mention for Mark the Assistant Manager who went out of his way to make, not just us but eveyone he saw welcome. - We loved our stay. We had read the previous reviews but we had no bad experiences. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

The owner is a very nice person who whent out of his way to accomadate all our needs during our stay, breakfast were cooked to perfection, and the guest house was immaculate - Peter, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. All of the staff were very welcoming, helpful and obliging and appeared well trained. The food in the Old Masters restaurant was excellent with a good range of wines at reasonable prices. The meals/snacks in the Stutts bar were also very good. Both golf courses are excellent with spectacular views at every turn and were in good condition. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Great location! Great staff! And a large dose of Highland charm! It is such a charming hotel- you can picture Queen Victoria strolling through it's halls. The bar/lounge area was super comfortable and had some great Scottish beers on tap. The cooked and cold breakfast selection was great and very tasty. The room breakfast is served in is delightful and welcoming with great views of the river. It's in walking distance to everything!

Excellent communication and customer service in the build up to and during our stay. We came to Perth just to stay in these apartments and were not dissapointed as they are gorgeous. I cannot say compliment them enough. Definitely luxurious and charming. Wish we had more than one night! -
