Everything! Helpful and friendly hosts, quiet and spotlessly clean house, very good breakfasts...and just a couple minutes walk to the beach, a few minutes more into the town. Also extremely good value for money. I have stayed in many guest houses over the years and I would say The Lynwood is the very best of the best. I loved my stay there.

Terry and Helen were really friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and it was one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept. If I return to Penzance I'd definitely stay at The Lynwood again. Highly recommended.
I felt very welcome and as I travelled on my own this was important.
I would, if I ever travel that part of the world again, return to the Lynwood.
A nice walk to everything, just out of hustle & bustle. Very convenient. Lovely breakfast. Quiet street. Host with a sense of humour.

We couldn't pay by credit card because machine didn't work

Parking - Real difficulty.
Nothing to dislike, but the shower space was a bit small and they can use a soap holder in the shower.
