Very much liked the decor - youthful and trendy, unexpected but great. The room was VERY comfortable. LOVED the mattress. Bathroom was roomy. Enjoyed having the small fridge in the room. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was amazing. Would definitely stay there again. -

The breakfast on Monday morning was very good indeed; service was friendly and attentive. My room, although small, was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel is well situated next to Nottingham Castle. - The location was ideal only a short walk to the city center and the parking was great and very cheap £5,50 for 24hours

The Staff were excellent, I spend most of my Business life in Hotels all over the World, I was looking for a good value Hotel near to the City Centre, the Beeches Hotel tick all the boxes.....the fact that all the Staff we brilliant, especially the guys in the Bar whilst the football was on, was an added bonus..... keep up the great service and relaxed atmosphere, it certainly make the difference to my stay!

I don't recall her name but she was a small older lady at breakfast on Sunday 23 Oct - please could you thank her for being so friendly and helpful. - after the meeting three of us still has some discussion to complete and

The hotel staff was very kind and accommodated my request. The location was perfect in the city centre. I have got a quiet room how I wanted. - It was a lovely hotel in a brilliant location, close to shops, trainstation and best of all the nottingham arena.

We did ask for quiet rooms, but mine was not quiet, as it was beneath a
staircase. The receptionist said it was the fault of letsbookhotel.com for not
relaying the request! She refunded the cost of my room. The other room
was fine. I am always amazed that modern British hotels have wooden
floors/ceilings. All other modern hotels in the world have

The day and night staff were friendly, caring and professional in terms of customer care. The beds are extremely comfortable and the TV was very welcome. The breakfast and breakfast staff were both excellent.

Since 2003 I have travelled extensively and have therfore stayed in many hotels. The staff at the Best Western were the friendliest and most helpful I have ever met. We liked everything. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The adjoining rooms were perfect for our family group(3 adults and 8 children!). The staff could not have been better - they were so helpful it made our weekend. I wish I had their names but special thanks to the young lady who allocated our rooms and to the night receptionist/porter
