My girlfriend and I had a superb 3 night day despite the poor weather! Glen the owner made us feel most welcome and he also cooks a fantastic breakfast! The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. I have to say I find it hard to pick a fault with this place and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Also perfect location for beach and sho

glen the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. the breakfast was excellent from a full English with cereal and toast to any combination, nothing was too much trouble.
our room was a small double with an en-suite, it was adequate for our needs. Glen changed the towels and cleaned our room daily.

GREAT location for Newquay beaches and South West Coast Path. A lovely B&B with friendly hosts. Room was clean, cosy, spacious and very well equipped. Cindy and Ashley were so genuinely welcoming and friendly. The room was uniquely decorated, comfortable and clean and the breakfast was superb. We were given great advice on the locality and where to eat etc. Cindy's ducks are well loved and cared for. We departed with a very favourable impression of Newquay.

welcoming. The room was a good size but the ensuite was tiny. The
bathroom sink was in the bedroom as there was no room in the ensuite.

The rooms were nicely designed & very spacious
The people that run the B&B were very friendly and helped with planning our days out as we had never been to this area. We had breakfast included which was great every morning, full English but there was other options I.e. cereal, toast etc. Location was perfect, we did drive mostly everywhere but everything was no longer than a 10 minute drive from the B&B. Being on the outshirts was the best as there was hardly any traffic noise when

I loved that we were made to feel welcome, nothing was too much trouble. The couple had a good knowledge of the local area despite only bring in place for the last six months. The breakfast was excellent my husband even had scrambled eggs & smoked salmon one day!! All in all we had spent a wonderful weekend celebrating our wedding anniversary

A warm and friendly welcome greeted us on our arrival. The hotel is in a fantastic location with lovely clean rooms (ours had a sea view) and everything we needed to hand. To top it all off the breakfast was superb - best full english I've had in a long time. Next time we head for Newquay we will be booking in at the Kallacliff

Absolutely beautiful-from the moment we arrived - before checkin time, although we were given our keys and Karenwas happy for us to use our rooms straight away! The house is very tastefully decorated and everything looked fresh and VERY clean. In a good position near to the beach. The bedroom was nicely decorated and very homely. Chris & Sally were great host who made you feel welcome. The breakfast was excellent and sharing the breakfast table with the other guest was enjoyable this allowed you to get to know them and share knowledge and experience of Newquay and surrounding areas. We would highly recommend Cormorant House.
