... o que as pessoas dizem » excellent! - Staff friendliness, clean comfortable room, considerate chambermaid who left towels outside room when do not disturb sign was placed, the night porter who is always patient despite the behaviour he has to cope with,and the considerate nature of the reception staff when we overstayed our visit by not realoising check out was an hour earlier on Sundays.

Thank You. - The location was excellent. Very close to everything, which was what we needed as we had never been to Newcastle before. The restaurant was great and the food was amazing. We experienced a hotel that was value for money from the day we arrived, we were on a B and B tariff and had excellent value for money.

Booked a double but we were obviously upgraded... Loads of space; good sized bedroom, sitting room with t.v., generous sized bathroom with full sized shower cubicle - as well as full sized bath, and the 4th area in the 'apartment' was a very nice dressing room. It was clean but many areas were 'tired', I think that's the best way to describe them... Staff were friendly and helpful.
