Everything!! The rooms are furnished to a very high standard and the bar and lounge are very comfortable. All the staff are professional, attentive and friendly. We experienced some difficulties with our booking but the managers could not have done more to rectify the situation. Will we stay there again - absolutely! -

We booked our room on 26 March for 2 nights 10 / 11 April through
letsbookhotel.com. Despite a misunderstanding between letsbookhotel.com and the
hotel which we only discovered on the morning of 10 April, our booking
was honored and confirmed prior to arrival. Our B&B package was
great value for money and we had a lovely view over the Tyne into the
bargain! We would gladly recommend this hotel & package to friends
& family. Great service, good food & immaculate accommodation.

All very good. Check-in was easy, staff were helpful. Room was clean, comy and good size. Staff in bar and restaurant were very pleasnt and helpful. Surroundings were pretty good too. Spacious, comfortable and neat room. Very friendly and helpful reception desk in particularly the girl at the reception (unfortunately I can't remember her name) who was very helpful when we needed help on a couple of occasions. Excellent location right next to Tyne bridge. Everything you need shopping, dining, entertainment within walking distance! We enjoyed our stay there.

Brilliant staff - consumate professionals and very friendly; they could not have been more helpful despite the ungodly hour at which we arrived. There were 11 of us on a stag weekend and the staff told us all the best places to go and the best way around the city. The hotel was comfortable, clean and well thought out. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Six of us travelled to visit relatives in the area, we booked a table for nine people on our last evening. The restaurant is nicely devided into separate areas, the menu is varied and we all enjoyed our meals. -

On our outgoing night we had a very poor nights sleep due to noisy neighbours but the staff were very sympathetic and refunded the cost of our stay. Incoming we had an excellent nights sleep and lovely breakfast, again the staff were really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Thank you all -

I was pleasantly surprised. Having stayed st the chain before and not had a good experience but this one was very clean, well furnished (almost new), with lovely staff and the breakfast at the Beefeater next door was fantastic. I was visiting family in the area so it was perfect.
I couldn't fault it and will definitely go back. -
