Fabulous 1930's Art Deco building in perfect location. Greataccomodation we even got upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.Very private and comfortable. Nice being able to wake up and make acafitiere of coffee before facing the world. - I like the staff. They did alot for us.

The location is excellent! Right near Kensington Park and one block from two tube stations along with good shopping street nearby for inexpensive and better food choices. The facilities were spacious and comfortable- a full kitchen and comfortable bed, great view. Wonderful accommodations -

Assistance given by staff at the reception desk. - Room was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we required. The full english breakfast was lovely and well worth the money. Most of the staff were very polite and friendly. Would definately stop there again.

This was a very nice hotel. We stayed in an apartment type room which was nice because it had cooker hobs, microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer. Although we didn't avail of these facilities they would have been very useful if we stayed longer. The breakfast was nice - a continental breakfast. The hotel is very well situated. This is an illegal building that has no planing permission. The owner has broken all the regulations and has been ordered by the council to empty the building and change it to the original planing permission given. The purpose of the building was to provide office space three floors and student accommodation three top floors, total six floors.

Location was incredible. You could see Kensington Palace from the end of the street. Very close to the tube and centrally located so most attractions were within a reasonable travel time. Lot's of restaurants and shopping close by. You could also walk to a number of museums, Royal Albert Hall and Buckingham Palace. Apartment wasn't spacious, but certainly enough room for the four of us.
