  The staff was very nice. From the email I had sent before requesting a quiet room with the wifi (was in London for an exam) to the minute I arrived. Arran (I think that was his name) was so friendly and nice. The room was a double bed, it wa a small room. But I've stayed in a few London hotels and that's the normal. The shower was lovely with loads of hot wate - The location is very strategic and highly accessible to anywhere, everywhere via the Underground Tube which is about 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. There are also couple of restaurants between the tube and the hotel which we could catch a bite or have our meals while on the way back to the hotel. The hotel room is cosy and clean. Breakfast was good with a fairly reasonable spread of food. The staffs were great and makes me feel at ease, as if I was at home. Highly recommended :)

  Although a short visit we were made to feel very welcome, staff very nice and helpfull, all areas of the service provided were excellent will definately use a premier inn again! 10/10 from me, thanks. - The overall experience was friendly and I felt very well looked after by the staff.   Very nice and helpful staff (I asked quite a lot of times for help/advice, they have always given a solution). Clean and tidy rooms (I think they are also the 'spacious' type in London). Wardrobe (+desk +chair +silent hair-drier +warm blankets), free Wi-Fi, TV, and breakfast included in the price of the room. Really comfortable bed. We had our 9 month old with us and they upgraded us to a bigger, less noisy room for no extra charge. Very clean and comfortable with a nice breakfast.
