Location: Great!!! Within 10 minutes walk from Liverpool station when
figure out the way and actually another station Moorgate is just around
the corner. With marks and spender just opposite to the hotel, it makes
it more perfect! As can buy snacks / bottle water easily on our way
back to hotel. :)

Great location close to everything the city has to offer yet nestled in a nice village setting. Friendly staff who welcome feedback. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, even though we arrived much later than anticipated. The room was very clean, comfortable and quite luxurious. The location of the hotel was fantastic for us. It was within walking distance of many great restaurants, shops and tourist attractions without it feeling too hectic. The transport links were also very good and only a 3 minute walk away. I cannot wait to stay at the Flemings Mayfair again.

We stayed at the hotel for my husband's 50th birthday. He is keen on trains so I requested, and got, a room overlooking the station. He was in his element. We arrived at 1pm and went in to drop our bags off but the staff were able to check us into our room which was a bonus. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. Would definitely stay agai

Spa area is nice ...we swam early in the morning and had the pool to ourselves...but it IS small! Breakfast was included in our stay and it was fab! The room was spacious with high ceilings. Very clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom had bath and a show. The bed was extreamly comfortable. Wonderful large flat screen tv with plenty of channels. very close to my office so location excellent for me and only 2 mins walk from the tube so great for getting around London. I will be stopping again when next in office

All the staff were polite, helpful and very friendly. I would definitely stay at the Rubens again, our room was recently refurbished and was in excellent condition. B&B was very clean & comfortable adequate amount of towels, tea/coffee facilities with a choice of hot drinks in room.
