The room was spacious with high ceilings. Very clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom had bath and a show. The bed was extreamly comfortable. Wonderful large flat screen tv with plenty of channels. very close to my office so location excellent for me and only 2 mins walk from the tube so great for getting around London. I will be stopping again when next in office

The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It was open plan with two double beds but had 2 ensuite showers which was a definite bonus. Most of the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to ensure that we had an enjoyable stay which we very much appreciated. The location was great, very easy to get to either from Lond

Helpful staff, quiet on courtyard view, clean, cooking for ourselves saved money so made the price reasonable compared to hotel and cost of eating out. Staff arranged adjacent room for our family so we all met for family gathering. We will return. Near enough for river & Eye, Aquarium, Tower Bridge. Local area is interesting renovated old warehouses.

Walk from the hotel and catch the DLR to Canary Wharf from East India (few mins walk, literally - and not main roads to cross), or take a 2 minute walk across a set of Traffic Lights to Blackwall DLR. It is only 5 mins walk under a tunnel from Blackwall station, you can see hotel from DLR.
Tea/Coffee and good size rooms, power shower!! Comfy beds, handy to have a hairdryer.I would stay again but ask for a do not disturb sign for door! Staff at check in desk friendly and check in/out quick and easy never had food so cant comment nice budget hotel close to shops (15 mins walk) Beware of taxis share if you can we did twice there and back after concert at 02, pre-book because you get a set fare

Location! How much closer could you be to Shepherds Bush Green and Westfield. Ubber Modern hotel with nice security features, lovely room with huge shower and a bed that is a comfy as my own (that takes some doing!) sound proofed room so even though the hotel is above and adjacent to West 12 shopping complex - you really hear nothing from outside the room! - Aircon that works and is controllable - I have stayed at a few Ibis Hotels and this one in W12 is top of the tree thus far - For a stay in

He had his coat and bag on, but because it was so busy, he took them off and started to help booking people in. he was so polite and we really appreciated that he was helping out even though

Very nice location, on the edge of the congestion zone. Parking was
available in a non-associated parking house about two blocks away. The
tower and tower bridge and the river is about 10-15 minutes walk. Room

Thankyou Clarendom for making my birthday a day to remember. - This hotel was close to 02 arena where we were attending concert and was very accessible by bus/taxi. Staff were very friendly and helpful checking in and out. Room was clean, warm, and well decorated with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and there was plenty of choice and it was well presented. Excellent value for money and I will definitely stay there again.

The welcome was lovely when we arrived and everything clearly explained. The room was fine, the bed comfortable and the bathroom facilities good. There were tea and coffee making facilities, but we had to ask for more tea bags and milks as only two were provided.

Excellent location for the O2 and also for quick and easy access to the city of London and London Eye, an excellent 'city' location with the feel of not being in the city. Wonderful restaurants and pubs in easy walking distance. On a good day it is highly recommended to take a river cruise to Westminster using the 24 hour Red rover ticket which allows unlimited 'hop on and off' travel. The proximity to Victoria Train & Coach station. 5min walk for both. Hop on Hop off bus at the Train station. Plenty of pubs and restaurants to eat. We had the Studio room at the very top of the building. Small but comfy. Breakfast items are restocked each day. eg,. Cereal, pastrys, fruit, juice, cheese, bread, milk, coffee, selection of teas, biscuits. Free wifi. There is a computer if you need to print something off. It is in the main office.
